Martinlaakso Shopping Centre will significantly increase and diversify the services on offer in Martinlaakso. The new centre, with a gross leasable area of 7,300 square metres and parking facilities for 420 cars.

The services on offer at the new Martinlaakso Shopping Centre will mainly focus on groceries and other products for everyday needs and daily routines, as well as local services. The new centre will host, for instance, two grocery stores, a pharmacy, and several other services as cafes, a laundry, a bank, a hair dresser and a gym.
